ALL PRICES ON THIS WEBSITE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE

On all orders a 40% nonrefundable deposit is required to hold the reservation.

If you decide to pay in full, then cancel the order, 40% cost will be forfeited, with 60% being returned.

 Final payment of all orders is due on or before the contracted delivery date, or when customer picks up in-store.

Delivery/pickup charges are determined by location and difficulty of delivery, and will be quoted upon request.

Setup of tables and chairs may be provided and should be arranged when order is placed.  Prices are available upon request.

Customer will be charged for missing and damaged items.  It is the customer’s responsibility to check and count all items, whether they are delivered, or picked up by the customer.  Any item missing or damaged must be reported BEFORE the time of use.

All rentals taken from the store and listed on a rental contract are final.  There are no refunds for unused rental items under any circumstances.

 Table linens must be returned dry and debris free.  Permanent stains, wax, burns or any damage done by the customer, will incur a replacement charge.

 Equipment must be protected from the weather at all times, and should be stacked the way it was delivered in order to avoid additional delivery fees.

Friday afternoon until Monday morning is considered a one day rental on most party rentals.  Special arrangement can be made to accommodate large events requiring early delivery.
